The keys to your success are REST AND CONTROL! You DO NOT need to stop moving but you do need to find strategies to slow down and address your pain points and posture...or lack of posture. It is COMMENDABLE that you work so hard BUT it could be hurting you. You are allowed to take a step back, slow down and help yourself. Chances are, your low back isn't getting a break, there are inefficient movement patterns, and difficulty managing rest and exercise stimulus. Don’t worry! You won't lose your progress. This program is meant to be added to your current exercise program and provide movements throughout the day to make your time in the gym more efficient and SAFE.
