Fundamentals of Movement for Hip and Knee Pain

An 8 week personalized program to teach you the fundamental exercises needed to help you relieve your pain.



Is hip or knee pain holding you back from living your life? Have you been told to lose weight, exercise or change your habits with little success and frankly, don’t want to have to work so hard and wait that long to start to see results in your pain? This program is for you if you want to take the guess work out of exercise and start to move forward with your life in a safe way! This 8 week program is intended to help teach you how to build the fundamental movement patterns you need to get you out of pain every day. We will personalize a program each week for you to help you achieve your pain relief goals and progress you towards moving freely and creating your own exercise programs. Ultimately, this program is aimed to help you move safely from pain to functioning easier and with less difficulty.

Option 1: In person 2x per week for 8 weeks 30 minute sessions


Option 2: In person 1x per week for 8 weeks 1 hour sessions


Both options include:

  • Online or in person 1-1 coaching with videos to compliment
  • Lifestyle assessment to integrate exercises into your daily routine and help eliminate stressors that are contributing to your pain
